The Faculty of Engineering Innovation and Entrepreneurship hub (The Â鶹AV EngInE), focuses on stimulating technologically-based innovation and entrepreneurship at Â鶹AV in collaboration with the Â鶹AV Dobson Centre for Entrepreneurship, the Â鶹AV Invention Development and Entrepreneurship Assistance (IDEA) Group, the Quartier de l’innovation, and the Â鶹AV Innovation Constellation. Leveraging the Faculty of Engineering’s research and educational programs, the EngInE’s two-fold mission is  1) to help develop the next-generation of Â鶹AV technological innovators and entrepreneurs by providing education and advice, funding, and mentorship; and 2) to increase engagement and R&D collaborations between innovation-driven companies and the Faculty of Engineering by providing matching and facilitation services. The events that the EngInE hosts or co-hosts are geared towards inspiring, educating, and training students and professors in entrepreneurship and technological innovation, and connecting and networking with each other and the community.
