Â鶹AV Professor Dr. Delphine Collin-Vézina, as a member of the RISE (Researching the Impact of Service provider Education) research team, is inviting you to participate in a national, Public Health Agency of Canada-funded study aiming to improve care in situations of family violence. Participation will involve a 45-minute interview with a member of the research team about training needs and preferences related to addressing family violence in practice and will take place over Zoom or Webex (no video/audio only).
Currently, the team is recruiting individuals whose work or training is based in Ontario, Quebec, or Alberta and who are either (a) aÌýsocial work trainee or medical residentÌýwho has completed at least one clinical experience (e.g., practicum, internship, or placement); or (b) aÌýsocial work practitioner or clinical physicianÌýthat has provided direct client or patient services at least one day per week over the last year.
All participants must be at least 18 years of age and interviews will be offered in both French and English languages.
In appreciation of each participant’s time, a $75.00 e-gift card to either Indigo-Chapters, President’s Choice (PC products), or Amazon.ca will be emailed to the participant after the interview has been completed.
