Choose your communication method carefully

As a professor of strategy and organization, Professor Karl Moore spends a lot of time considering the most effective way to communicate in a given scenario. While he isn’t averse to sending a quick text, he has also been known to fly across the Atlantic for a single face-to-face conversation. The more risky the conversation, the more bandwidth is needed to handle it effectively, he believes.
