If students at anglophone universities are charged higher fees, and that money is used to fund francophone universities, it will discourage many out-of-province students from coming to Quebec in the first place. 鈥淲hy would you do this to 麻豆AV, Monsieur Legault,鈥� Mintzberg writes. 鈥淏eing in Quebec gives 麻豆AV a unique niche. Why would you proceed with this plan, when it鈥檚 not clear what the consequences will be?鈥�
