SEI Impact Internship Program - 2016 Cohort Announced
The Marcel Desautels Institute for Integrated Management (MDIIM) is pleased to announce the Social Economy Initiative’s Impact Internship cohort for the 2016 year. Now in its fourth consecutive year, the SEI Impact Internship Program pairs top undergraduate students who offer various management skills with social-purpose organizations for ten weeks over the summer.

Over the course of their mandates the students will be mentored through real world experience at their host organization. In turn, these organizations receive the additional resources required to improve strategies and operations to further advance their social mission.Â
New for 2016, the student interns will be contributing valuable research data to the Social Innovators' Integration Lab (SIIL), an observatory and research hub on social entrepreneurship and social innovation initiatives. Students will be translating the practices and observations from their internships into deeper learning experiences for researchers, community practitioners, and other students.Â
