Kaila Bonnell in her own words:
"I am a recent graduate in Physical and Health Education. I am extremely interested in teaching students ways to become intrinsically motivated to adopt healthy, active lifestyles. I am pursuing my passion within a Master's of Curriculum studies specializing in Health, Outdoor and Physical Education at the University of British Columbia. I am so grateful to have been able to do research in exercise psychology during my time at Â鶹AV, in addition to taking part in various different projects within and outside of the school context. I also love to take time to maintain my own physical and mental health, by being active, meditating, and spending quality time with friends and family".
