General Information
Upon request, Â鶹AV will act as proctor for paper-based and online exams from external universities or professional accreditation associations and organizations.
Scheduling restrictions:
Exams are generally scheduled Mondays through Wednesdays at 10:00 a.m. and never scheduled on: evenings, weekends, statutory holidays, Â鶹AV holidays, or Fridays during the summer months.
- Fall semester (September-December) - Exams are scheduled Monday to Friday.
- Winter semester (January-April) - Exams are scheduled Monday to Friday.
- Summer semester (May-August) - Exams are scheduled Monday through Thursday.

Students are expected to pay the cost by credit card by submitting a Proctor Exam Request via the ES Services eStore unless otherwise specified by their home institution, association, or organization. Please note that this cost is non-refundable.Â
Any student/institution wishing to have their exam returned by courier/express post must provide a prepaid envelope.
Arranging a Proctor
Students who need to write an exam must make arrangements via the ES Services eStore by submitting a Proctor Exam Request. Once the date and time of the exam are confirmed, it is the student's responsibility to make the necessary arrangements with the home institution or organization to ensure that Â鶹AV has the information and documentation (e.g., exams, exam booklets, instructions) needed to conduct the exam. Whether the exam is paper based or online, the proper documentation must be sent to Â鶹AV, before the exam date, at the following addresses:

Once the exam is scheduled, the meeting point address, exam date, time and other details will be shared with you.
**A valid photo ID must be presented upon arrival at the exam venue.**
We ask that you please make arrangements with us and your institution at least two weeks before the required exam date and provide an email address or telephone number where you can be reached during regular business hours.
