Phoenix Rises! A New Dawn for Campus Public Safety

We are thrilled to announce the official launch of Phoenix, Campus Public Safety's Incident Management Solution (IMS), in the coming days. This modern platform provides a centralized solution to manage every incident and request, from initial alert to final report, empowering our Campus Public Safety (CPS) team to respond swiftly and effectively.

Kudos to the entire CPS team for their tireless efforts and hard work, attending training, and familiarizing themselves with the new IMS solution. Their hard work has paved the way for this transformative solution, Phoenix, to rise and fly - here are some highlights:

IT Services Townhall:

Phoenix garnered attention at the IT Services Townhall, on April 25. Â鶹AV’s IT department expressed keen interest in the project during a special spotlight section highlighting Phoenix's innovative features. IT Services was extremely excited to see how Phoenix will further enable Â鶹AV’s safety operations.

Building Directors' Luncheon: A resounding success

At the recent Building Directors' Luncheon, Business Process Managers Nickolas Thibert-Auclair and Denny Luis demonstrated Phoenix’s capabilities, showcasing its real-time reports and event history functionality. The overwhelmingly positive response from attendees reinforced the potential impact of this powerful tool.
