Learning Objectives:
Regarding the ongoing implementation of Triple C at Â鶹AV, by the end of this workshop, participants will be able to:
- Itemize ways to optimize the preparation of ÌýÌýÌýÌý residents for comprehensive and continuous care
- Explain the importance of continuity of pedagogy
- Contribute to a reflective faculty development ÌýÌýÌýÌý process in their teaching milieu

This event is approved for up to 3 Mainpro M1 credits by the Office for Continuing Health Professional Education (CHPE). The Office for CHPE, Faculty of Medicine, Â鶹AV is fully accredited by the Committee on Accreditation of Canadian Medical Education (CACME).
This program meets the accreditation criteria of the College of Family Physicians of Canada for MAINPRO-M1 credits. Members of the American Academy of Family Physicians are eligible to receive credit hours for attendance at this meeting due to a reciprocal agreement with the College of Family Physicians of Canada.
Each physician should claim only credit commensurate with the extent of their participation in the activity.
