“Dr. Moroz is an inspiring physician who has consistently demonstrated leadership and genuine care for us as students since our initial encounter with him. Dr. Moroz generously welcomed us into his clinical practice, dedicating time to review history-taking and physical examination techniques. During these sessions, he used various teaching methods, including diagrams and drawings, to ensure that all of us grasped the concepts effectively. As a sports medicine physician, he works closely with athletes and has invited us to join him on the field. As medical students, he has followed our academic journey from the early weeks of medical school, through the significant milestone of obtaining our white coats, and now to our upcoming graduation.
Dr. Moroz consistently strives to choose meeting locations and times that are accessible to all, showcasing his commitment to inclusivity. Throughout our interactions with Dr. Moroz, we discovered that he is not only a good listener but also someone who encourages us to pursue our passions. His advice is consistently genuine and tailored to each of us. Dr. Moroz has actively tracked our progress and celebrated our achievements, while also providing guidance on what lies ahead. Importantly, he has always kept an open door for communication. He always reminds us that he is just an email away, and he consistently follows through on this promise by responding promptly. Dr. Moroz is truly a Family Medicine hero! His infectious passion for mentorship has motivated some of us to apply for roles as Osler co-leaders. We are grateful for the opportunity to learn from him and strive to emulate his dedication to mentoring.â€
Congratulations Dr. Moroz!
