Registration: 2023 Global Health Scholars - Graduate Program Online Information Session

The Â鶹AV Global Health Scholars – Graduate program supports Â鶹AV graduate students (Masters and PhD) conducting global health research internationally in a lower- or middle-income country () or in Northern Canada. The research project submitted for funding consideration must be related to the student’s thesis or graduation requirements and must be done under the supervision of a Â鶹AV faculty member. During the academic year, Global Health Scholars benefit from various training and networking opportunities organized by Global Health Programs (GHP). These include the Â鶹AV Summer Institutes in Global Health, GHP’s annual Global Health Night and other events and opportunities.

Session Information

  • Students must register to attend the information session.
  • Registrants will receive a Zoom link closer to the information session date.
  • We will post a video recording on the Global Health Programs website following the session.
  • We encourage students to attend the information session or watch the video recording before applying to the program.

Â鶹AV is located on land which has long served as a site of meeting and exchange amongst Indigenous Peoples, including the Haudenosaunee and Anishinabeg Nations. Â鶹AV honours, recognizes, and respects these nations as the traditional stewards of the lands and waters on which peoples of the world now gather. Today, this meeting place is still the home to many Indigenous Peoples from across Turtle Island. We are grateful to have the opportunity to work on this land.
