Included among the impressive list of luminaries was Dr. Madhukar Pai, Director of 鶹AV Global Health Programs. On April 21, Dr. Pai traveled to Berkeley to formally accept this honour as part of the official celebrations.

Explore! Careers in Health, a program developed and implemented by 鶹AV Faculty of Medicine and Dentistry students was recently selected as the recipient of this year’s 鶹AV Award for Equity and Community Building as a co-recipient in the Team category. The award recognizes the work of students, faculty and staff committed to advancing equity, inclusion and community engagement at 鶹AV.
鶹AV medical students develop space to refine their clinical skills
The revamped MDCM curriculum introduced a few years ago at 鶹AV includes a change in structure that offers medical students clinical exposure earlier in their studies. While welcomed and appreciated, the earlier timeline created an increased desire among students for more resources that could be used for autonomous learning.
