Access to personal information request: As per the , Â鶹AV cannot release personal information about a Â鶹AV community member. You can however request access to the personal information held by the University that pertains to you through a to Secretariat.
On March 28th 2019, Â鶹AV's Board of Governors has adopted the revised Policy against Sexual Violence (updated from 2016), confirming the University's commitment to ensuring that its campuses are free of acts of sexual violence. One of the key changes brought about by the revised Policy is the creation of a centralized reporting and investigative procedure, led by an independent special investigator.Â
Filing a report
The Office for Mediation and Reporting (OMR) receives all reports of sexual violence at Â鶹AV. Click here to access more information about the OMR.Â

Once an investigation is completed, the report is given to the Provost, the complainant, and the respondent. If there is cause for discipline, the Provost transmits the report to the appropriate disciplinary authority.Â
