Learn about a new citizen science initiative between Gearbox Software and Â鶹AV!

Gearbox is an award-winning, independent game developer known for successful game series such as Borderlands and Brothers in Arms. In this talk, Gearbox representatives will tell the story of the company's development, from its beginnings in Texas in 1999 to the opening of a new studio in Québec City in 2016. This talk is for all undergraduate and graduate students interested in learning how video games are made and how they can help us solve difficult scientific problems. You will also learn about internships at Gearbox and research opportunities at Â鶹AV.
