Program Requirements

Le certificat de développement professionnel en gestion de contenu numérique et de communauté virtuelle vise à fournir aux professionnels les connaissances et les compétences requises pour représenter leur organisation ou leur marque dans les médias sociaux, pour créer un contenu probant, pour gérer les communications en ligne et pour administrer le contenu provenant d'un grand nombre de sources afin d'optimiser le potentiel pour l'organisation. Une importance particulière est accordée aux sujets suivants : surveillance et suivi du contenu numérique, processus d'analyse du contexte, suivi des tendances et des conversations dans le but d'influer sur les opinions et les comportements et amélioration de la réputation et de l'empreinte numérique de l'organisation.

Trends and best practices in digital and social technologies, as well as their appropriate use for different organizations and objectives. Tried-and-true as well as trending uses of widely used platforms, and the shift to mobile applications. Measurement and evaluation strategies, methods and resources. The mutual influence of traditional and digital media.
