NEW Yoga Series:
The WELL Office team is happy to offerÌýfour yoga classesÌýto learners in UGME, PGME, ISoN, SPOT, SCSD during the 2018-2019 academic year. Each class will have a special focus and is open to all levels (except for Power Yoga, which includes some advanced postures).
In addition to the physical and emotional benefits you can expect to derive from these sessions, you will automatically enter a draw for a chance toÌýwin a weekend away for two at Mont Tremblant! The draw will take place onÌýMonday, May 20, 2019.
*As space is limited, please register onÌýCalendly. The number of yoga mats available are also limited; if you own a mat, we kindly ask that you bring it, otherwise please reserve a WELL Office mat in advance by sending an e-mail toÌýthewelloffice [at] mcgill.ca.
