Overview

Are you curious about the history of our planet and other terrestrial bodies? Are you fascinated by the study of rocks, volcanoes, tectonics, formations, sediments, minerals and natural resources? Do you have a desire to explore and discover? To participate in hands-on field-based studies? 

The Geology program provides you with a rigorous foundation in earth science subjects like geology, meteorology, and oceanography. You will also explore various topics within environmental geosciences such as petrology, mineralogy, geochemistry, hydrogeology, and volcanology.
