"My name is Katja, and I chose to study the Global Food Security program at Â鶹AV’s Macdonald Campus. This program has allowed me to learn about agriculture, food systems, and climate change in ways that have left me feeling ready and equipped to contribute to positive change both locally and globally. The Sustainable Agriculture and Food Security field course in Guatemala was one of my favorite classes and was an incredible experience that I would strongly recommend. Global Issues on Development, Food and Agriculture, another class I really enjoyed, offered students the opportunity to hear from experts in various fields, and showed how multidisciplinary food security really is."
