The Anatomy and Cell Biology Confocal Microscopy facility possesses a Zeiss 510 laser scanning microscope equipped with three detectors, including a META detector. This instrument is suitable for fixed- and live-cell observation of a wide variety of sample types.
This confocal microscope--as well as training on it--is available to the entire scientific community on a fee-for-use basis.
