The graduate program is governed by several committees as outlined below.
Â鶹AV Committee
- Devises policies and regulations regarding admissions, which are proposed to the Program Executive Committee for approval
- Reviews applications to determine if the student meets all entrance requirements
Curriculum Committee
- Devises policies and regulations regarding the academic curriculum, which are proposed to the Program Executive Committee for approval
Fellowships and Awards Committee
- Develops policy for distribution of GPS funds for graduate support and submits to the Program Executive Committee for approval
- Evaluates student dossiers for internal and external awards
Operations Committee
- Implements the academic policy operational procedures as determined by the Program Executive Committee
Plenary Faculty Committee

A forum of all BBME faculty for discussion regarding the status and progress of the graduate program
Program Executive Committee
- Provides academic oversight, quality assurance and establishes academic policy subject to approval of the Steering Committee
- Approves procedures proposed by all sub-committees
Steering Committee
- Provides the overall program governance, support and administration for the graduate program
