Overview:
Exploratory Data Analysis (EDA) is used to perform initial analysis of your data in order to 'get a feel' for the variables involved and whether your data entails certain patterns.
At the end of this workshop, you will be able to
ÌýÌýÌýÌý > use different visualization tools to analyze distributions and correlations
ÌýÌýÌýÌý > know and apply different ways to treat missing data
ÌýÌýÌýÌý > apply classification and standardization methods
ÌýÌýÌýÌý > apply different pattern discovery tools (projection/dimensionality reduction and clustering)
Prerequisites:
ÌýÌýÌýÌýÌý · Introductory knowledge of R, e.g. from Â鶹AV's R summer camp, or from our Introduction to programming with R workshop.
