The Canadian Association of University Business Officers (CAUBO) is currently accepting applications for the 2005 Quality and Productivity Awards. Not only will your submission potentially inspire other universities to employ best practices, but your exceptional work may be officially honoured at the annual CAUBO conference in June.

There will be a first prize of $10,000, a second prize of $5,000 and a third prize of $3,000. Four regional awards and honourable mentions will also be bestowed.

Winners will be selected based on the following five criteria: portability, originality, quality impact, productivity impact and institutional involvement. Additional information and application forms are available at and at www.mcgill.ca/vpadmin/caubo.

Last year's winning projects, including Â鶹AV's Radioisotope Tracking System (RTS), developed by the Waste Management Program group, are detailed at .
