We invite prospective graduate students interested in human rights or legal pluralism to apply for an O'Brien Fellowship. This Fellowship Program is an entrance scholarship. Applicants for this scholarship must also simultaneously submit an application for admission to one of our graduate programs by the stipulated deadline. Professor Richard Gold has been appointed director of the Centre for Intellectual Property Policy (CIPP), effective 1 September 2020. He will take over from Professor Pierre-Emmanuel Moyse, who served in the role since 2011.

The selected students will have the opportunity to present their work as part of this seminar and to benefit from the mentorship of participating researchers from six countries.

The Faculty of Law is pleased to share the news that Professor was appointed Officer of the Order of Canada by Governor General Julie Payette on December 29, 2017. Professor CrĂ©peau, who was honoured for “his research and contributions to international law and for his efforts to promote civil rights, particularly with respect to refugees,” joins the prestigious roster of Â鶹AV Law community members appointed to the Order of Canada.
