Recap of the Future of Food Symposium: Innovations, Challenges, and Perspectives

A successful first edition with topics ranging from cellular agriculture to plant-based alternatives and emerging ingredient sources.

The Future of Food Symposium showcased a broad range of emerging solutions to tackle challenges in the food sector and considerations for their success. It offered an inspiring preview of what can be achieved when innovators come together to explore and address pressing issues. We look forward to continuing these conversations as we strive towards a sustainable future for food and hope to see you at our future events!

Following the symposium, the Créneau d'excellence Aliments Santé produced a webinar presenting the Future of Food Symposium's highlights. You can watch the recording posted on Youtube (in French), starting at the 19 minutes and 45 seconds timestamp:Ìý
