FAMIS

Facilities and Space Management System (FAMIS) is 鶹AV’s facilities management system. It is used for logging maintenance service requests. It is integrated with 鶹AV’s Banner system for both human resources and financials.

Authorized users may access FAMIS to create service requests with maintenance & operations, monitor progress and track the billing processes.

Important:

  • As of June 15, 2022, you must sign into FAMIS via a secure “containment” site that provides the required browser functionality.
  • As of February 1, 2023, all space data, including floor plans, architectural plans, and other types of documents related to construction and renovation projects, are available to authorized users in eSpace.

When accessing FAMIS from outside the 鶹AV campus network, you will first need to first connect to the VPN.
