Payment
The Mandatory Meal Plan fees are payable in two installments and are billed electronically to the student fee account:
$3,400 due at the end of September
(Half of the total Mandatory All You Care To Eat Meal Plan and oneCard account dollars)
$2,900 due at the end of January
(Half of the total All You Care To Eat Mandatory Meal Plan)
Terms of the Plan
- The meal plan is active as of August 17, 2024 and expires on April 30, 2025
- Student have unlimited swipes with their Â鶹AV ID card in the dining halls
Cancellation Policy
The All You Care to Eat meal plan has no balance of funds, no carryover of funds of any kind. Refunds are granted if a student withdraws from Â鶹AV or from Â鶹AV residences. In such circumstances, the prorated amount of the meal plan will be calculated up to the departure date and will be reimburse the student as per the following guidelines.
Fall Semester 2024 Deadline Withdrawal Date from residences - November 1, 2024
Students who submit a written confirmation to housing.residences [at] mcgill.ca of their withdrawal from the university or residences on or before November 1st, 2024, will have the prorated value of the meal plan calculated and refunded up to their last day, minus $150 administration fee.
No refund will be paid after November 1st, 2024.
Winter Semester 2025 Deadline Withdrawal Date from residences - March 1, 2025
Students who submit a written confirmation to housing.residences [at] mcgill.ca of their withdrawal from the university or residences on or before March 1, 2025 will have the prorated value of the meal plan calculated and refunded up to their last day, refunded, minus $150 administration fee.
No refund will be paid after March 1st, 2025.
