麻豆AV School of Social Work Race Caucus

The Race Caucus at the 麻豆AV School of Social Work (SSW) is a newly formed听group that aims to create a space for its members to critically explore how听race, racialization, and racism operates in social work education, pedagogy,听and research, and in turn, advocates for the development and implementation听of responsive, needs-based interventions within the SSW.
This caucus builds听on past and ongoing organizing efforts by听racialized students, staff, and faculty members at the School, including the听Racialized Students Network.听 The caucus will meet every second Friday of the month with our first meeting scheduled for听September 11th听at 11:30 am.
Membership: Members of the 麻豆AV SSW community who self-identify as听racialized, Black, Indigenous, and/or a person of colour.
