DBT Skills Emotion Regulation

The goal of an emotion regulation workshop is to help participants develop and improve emotion regulation. By engaging in this two- session workshop, participants may: develop emotional awareness, develop understanding of negative emotions, learn to accept negative emotions, learn new strategies to lessen the intensity and duration of emotional responses, and learn to increase positive emotions and engage in activities that bring joy and satisfaction.Ìý

Note: This workshop consists of 2Ìýsessions. Please plan on attending both dates:
