Tools to support teaching and learning

All third-party tools used for teaching and learning at Â鶹AV are subject to the Â鶹AV Cloud Directive. Student data contains private information and all tools need to be verified that companies providing these tools are keeping that data safe and complying with all Quebec laws and Â鶹AV regulations. Just because a software may be free to use does not mean that it is authorized for use at Â鶹AV.

Below is a table of all currently approved tools that comply with the Â鶹AV Cloud Directive.

Software and cloud service requests

If you are teaching at Â鶹AV and would like to submit a software or cloud service tool to be evaluated for teaching and learning use, please. You will be required to login with your Â鶹AV username/password. Note that a typical tool can take a minimum of 4-6 weeks to evaluate. While this process approves the tool for use, it does not guarantee that funding will be available if the tool has a license fee.

Â鶹AV is on land which has served and continues to serve as a site of meeting and exchange amongst Indigenous peoples, including the Haudenosaunee and Anishinabeg nations. Teaching and Learning Services acknowledges and thanks the diverse Indigenous peoples whose footsteps mark this territory on which peoples of the world now gather.
