How to Apply / Renew

To become an associate member

  • Please submit the following to admin.bme [at] mcgill.ca
    • An application letter outlining the reasons and motivation for requesting your associate membership.
    • Your plans for collaboration and contribution for the upcoming term.
    • An updated CV.
  • Additionally, you are required to give a seminar at the BBME seminar seriesÌýExternal link

To renew membership appointment

Please provide the following documentation (a reminder will be sent before your term ends):

  • Application Letter: Outline your reasons and motivation for requesting a renewal of your associate membership. This should include:

    • A summary of your participation in departmental activities, collaboration with department members, and contributions to the department in research, teaching, gatherings, student engagement, and administration during your current term.
    • If applicable, detail your contributions to graduate student supervision in BME programs.
  • Activity Summary: Complete the table below with examples and details of your activities.
