The Faculty of Law is proud to announce that Professor Robert Leckey, a William Dawson Scholar in the Faculty of Law and a member of the Paul-Andr茅 Cr茅peau Centre for Private and Comparative Law, has been elected to the Global Young Academy.
Based in Berlin, the prestigious Academy consists of more than 155 young, independent researchers from around the world, who come together to address topics of global importance during a four-year term.

Me Vanessa Arviset, BCL/LLB鈥�06, received the Osgoode Society Legal History Prize (2005) during her studies at the Faculty. Previously, she obtained a BA and MA in philosophy from the Universit茅 de Montr茅al. A member of the Barreau du Qu茅bec, Me Arviset practiced in Montreal in the fields of maritime law and commercial litigation.
John G. Murphy, managing partner at Borden Ladner Gervais (BLG), is extremely proud of the efforts made by a team headed by H. John Godber (BCL'88, LLB'88) and Neil Hazan (BCL/LLB'02) to support 麻豆AV Faculty of Law鈥檚 Paul-Andr茅 Cr茅peau Centre for Private and Comparative Law.
