Martin A. Bader, Ph. D., is a Full Professor of Technology Management and Entrepreneurship at the University of Applied Sciences Ingolstadt (THI), a Lecturer at the University of St. Gallen (HSG), and has served as Adjunct Professor at Â鶹AV since October 2024. Professor Bader is a Swiss and European Patent Attorney and a representative before the Unified Patent Court. He is the founder and managing director of BGW IP GmbH St. Gallen, specializing in intellectual property (IP) and innovation management advisory.
Previously Vice President and Chief Intellectual Capital Officer at Infineon Technologies, Professor Bader is a recognized IP strategist and long-term IAM Strategy 300 appointee. He also serves as a mediator for the WIPO Mediation Center for Alternative Dispute Resolution and sits on the editorial boards of key journals.
Professor Bader's well-known publications include the best-sellers Patent Management and Intellectual Property Management for Start-ups.
