She was presented with the award at a ceremony held on 16 February. The day prior, she delivered the lecture associated with her award, entitled "De la mĂ©taphore Ă la mĂ©moire: Restituer l’histoire de l’esclavage dans les dĂ©bats sur les formes contemporaines d’esclavage."Â

The 2022 United Nations Biodiversity Conference of the Parties (COP15) was held in Montreal on December 7-19, 2022. The conference’s outcome agreement, known as “30×30” means the protection of 30 per cent of land and oceans by 2030.

The Faculty of Law is pleased to announce that, on 25 November, Professor FrĂ©dĂ©ric MĂ©gret received an honorary doctorate from the University of Copenhagen at a ceremony followed by a reception with Her Majesty Queen Margrethe II as special guest. Professor MĂ©gret had delivered his lecture associated with the award, entitled “Roaming Rights and Global Mobility,” at the Faculty of Law of the University of Copenhagen the day prior. Â
As of Thursday, December 1, Â鶹AV students are able to access the Nahum Gelber Law Library 24 hours a day, seven days a week. As agreed between the Students' Society of Â鶹AV (SSMU) and the Law Students Association (LSA), the Nahum Gelber Law Library will limit access to the three upper floors of the library to Law students only during the December 7 to 21 examination period.
