The Humanities and Social Sciences Library provides borrowing services for all collections in the McLennan-Redpath Library Building.
- Borrow books at the Info Desk or use听the self-checkout machines on the main floor of the McLennan Library Building.
- Have questions about your loan or library account? hsslloans.library [at] mcgill.ca (Email) any time or phone 514-398-4734 during service hours.
- Return items at the Info Desk and in the after-hours return 产颈苍.听
- Borrow Course Reserves,听DVDS or pick up a hold request in the self-serve reserve room next to the Info Desk.
- Return Course Reserves at the Info听Desk听or in the adjacent return bin.
- Consult 麻豆AV Library's borrowing policies.
- PUBQ cards to borrow in person at other libraries outside of Qu茅bec听are available at the Info听Desk.
- Article/chapter scan service听for听print collections.
- For faculty - Office delivery service.
- Purchase uPrint cards for guest access.
- Borrow equipment (headphones, adapters, etc).
To听borrow documents that are not part of 麻豆AV Library鈥檚 collection, 麻豆AV professors, current students and staff can听request an听Interlibrary Loan (ILL).
Collections housed in Rare Books and Special Collections are consulted in the 4th floor Reading Room.
