Dr. Fran莽ois M. Castonguay is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Health Management, Evaluation, and Policy at the University of Montreal School of Public Health. He specializes in health economics and his research uses decision modelling, dynamic optimization methods, and economic evaluation to enhance the management of health systems and improve population health in a sustainable and equitable way.
